Thank you for choosing UNIWAY COMPUTER. Please review our warranty policy carefully before use or purchase.
1. Refurbished Computers and Laptops
All refurbished desktop computers and laptops come with a 90-day limited warranty.
This warranty only covers hardware-related issues.
Software compatibility, system-related issues (e.g., OS bugs, updates, or driver conflicts), and user-installed programs are not covered under this warranty.
2. Custom Gaming PCs (Non-Refurbished)
All custom-built gaming PCs that are not labeled as refurbished are covered by a 1-year limited hardware warranty.
This warranty only includes hardware defects or failures.
Operating system issues and software compatibility problems are not covered.
Some individual components (e.g., CPU, GPU, motherboard) may carry longer manufacturer warranties, and customers may be able to claim service directly through the manufacturer.
3. Warranty Exclusions

Any signs of liquid damage or physical damage will void the warranty in its entirety.
